Refund policy

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, we disclose the following refund and returns conditions applicable to digital products sold in our store.

Refunds

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind, non-use, or decision by the customer not to use the product anymore.

  • Incompatibility of the product with the customer's hardware, software, or devices.

  • Personal preferences or subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to certified technical defects.

  • Issues arising from improper use, modification, tampering, or mishandling of the digital product.

Strict Exclusions

Requests for refunds or returns for any reason other than documented technical malfunctions will be strictly refused.

Warranty and Support

Support and warranty-related inquiries are handled exclusively through the chat available on the website.

The chat is the official support channel and is designed to provide fast assistance, guidance on product usage, and warranty-related information.

Warranty requests must be submitted through the chat, where they will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our warranty terms and applicable laws.
